Within each session, group members discuss, hear, and share issues/challenges they face, that provide support. It creates a non-judgmental atmosphere for people to be able to express their feelings, and share their experiences with others who can relate.
For the school age groups: Feedback from other teenagers holds a great deal of weight- this improves self reflection skills, which lead to stronger friendships, better self esteem, improved school performance, and less family conflict.
Groups include 6 to 10 people a session.
Groups are separated in different age groups:
12 to 13 years old
14 to 15 years old
15 to 18 years old
